Hi!
Does anyone have recommendations for a tour guide for Jewish Budapest?
Thank you!
The Great Synagogue has its own tour of what is said to be the second largest in the world. Purely by chance, when I visited a couple of years ago, the guide was a Jewish survivor; her father, a Protestant, is named on the
monument to the Righteous in the outside courtyard.
That was a moving experience beyond the usual tourist details.

This is the one done in coordination with the Dohany and Rumbach and Kazinczy Synagogues. They have a handful of tours other than just the synagogues. I've done a few with them. Very good.
