We're arriving into Budapest on 9/22. Original plan is to go to Vienna on 9/25, then Prague 9/28. We Have an open jaw ticket out of Prague. So far, I have bought MAV train tickets and Orangeway bus tickets from Budapest to Vienna for 9/25 as backup. Both were cheap so I don't mind losing them if it comes down to that. Maybe we should just skip Vienna altogether if we can find a decent airfare to Prague....

What airline do you suggest for Budapest to Prague for $125? The fares I'm finding are $350 nonstop. Those under $200 have crazy connections and take 6-9 hours.
I know the situation is very fluid so just trying to be flexible with contingency. I'd appreciate thoughts and suggestions on any of the above. THANKS!
