Does anyone have experience trying to get same day tickets (English tour) for the Budapest Parliament tour? Their website says "Same-day tickets can be purchased in limited numbers at our ticket office". Looks like they open at 8am, what are the odds of showing up when they open and securing tickets for that day? Thanks

Well, I have a sample size of 1.
In 2022, I had a late morning reservation and was late, missing my tour. They sent me to the ticket desk, where I was able to buy another tour ticket on the spot for a couple of hours later. I went and grabbed coffee and came back. So at least once it has happened.
