Budapest airport hotel

There's an Ibis hotel right at the airport if it's convenience you're looking for. I stayed there back in January when my flight arrived late at night and didn't want to travel into the city until the next morning.

I’m staying at the Ibis airport hotel in Budapest on my last night in mid October, as I have a very early flight. It looks nice and the price is definitely right.

Budapest is so enjoyable in the evenings I wouldnt give up an evening. The taxi ride to the airport is 30 minutes. But if this makes it a better trip for you ... do look at both hotels. I dont know a thing about either and I have flown in and out of Budapest easily 100 times in the last 20+ years.

I’ve stayed at that Ibis when we had a 6:30 am flight and it is super convenient, just a 5 minute walk to terminal. The room was fine and the price reasonable. They started serving breakfast at 4 am for the early birds like us, which was nice. It worked better for us that time than staying in central Budapest because we had already done that for several days, then gone elsewhere (Vienna) and were coming back for just one night with evening arrival before the early flight.
