Book massage in advance at Gellert?

Have already bought the entry to the bath but wondering if it is needed to book a massage in advance or can you usually do it the day of. I am finding no female masseuses and not sure how I feel about a man (I am female).

The Gellert Thermal Baths do have masseuses- women massage therapists. Since you prefer that, it’s probably best to e-Mail Gellert in advance so a masseuse is available at your preferred time.
The Gellert Baths are in a beautiful setting. Be prepared to spend the better part of a day there because you won’t want to leave. There is a cafe and restaurant on site as guests are not allowed to bring snacks inside the facility. Because Gellert does not rent them— be sure to bring your own swimsuit, bathing cap, water slippers (or flip flops) and a towel or you will need to buy them there. The towels they sell are more like bedsheets so pack one from your hotel in your shoulder bag.

When I go to book online it seems that there are only men masseuses. Any females who have had a male masseuse and how was the experience at Gellert? Thanks!

Choose you massage,
Click "add to cart"
Then you will get a drop down for the date and a drop down for gender (thats the masseuse gender), choose woman
Then what is available will pop up. If nothing is available, or only the men's side is available, you will have to pick another date.
This is a popular place and things do book up fast.
