Any and all suggestions would be welcome. I've made a reservation at Intermezzo and at Leo's...but I may change either one of them if there are better suggestions. Intermezzo is the one I'm looking at changing for sure. I've seen some bad reviews in regards to the food and service. Possibly near Andrussy and/or the Castle District.

Well you stumped me, I have only been on one roof top bar in Budapest and that was on the top of the old Paris Department Store building on Andrassy ut and it was "okay".
I think you said you were going in March, if I remembered correctly and you go to a roof top; dress warm!

I've been to https://www.360bar.hu/ a few times and really enjoyed it. You'll need reservations to ensure that you get a nice table and you can enjoy really wonderful views. It's a fun, young vibe and I felt like a parent, but we always have great service and drinks.
I also like: https://standreaskybar.hu/ Totally different vibe and view, but still lovely. Great wines. Also a location we'll visit multiple times. Service has always been excellent.
