Check booking.com and write to these guys with your needs: https://budapestapartmentservice.com/ I believe the local law will require that the maximum you can do in a short term rental is 90 days

a problem that you might hit is that the 90 days rental will likely exceed a Schengen 90 day period by one day. That's because both arrival and departure days count, even if only for a few minutes.
Are you planning on leaving a couple or so days before the 90, or is that all under control with a long stay Visa or European nationality?
