Should we plan a river cruise before or after dinner?

Any opinions on Hotel Collect in Budapest?
Looks very nice. Price is consistent for the hotel type and quality in Budapest. Location is surprisingly good for being in District V. I can't see any reason to change it if you like it.
Also, what is the average dinner dining time?
Traditionally after 7pm. But really any time you want to eat. Every place is open by 5pm.

Might be wise to bool early to get the cruise you want during a high tourism period. Doesn't matter if before, or for, or after dinner ... just after dark which will be about 4pm so probably not an issue.
