Gerloczy Rooms de Lux

I will be visiting Budapest on the last week of December this year.
The prices for most accomodation are hiked up because of the year end festivities.
But I found Gerloczy Rooms de Lux to be pretty affordable in a quiet area near Deak ter.
Has anyone stayed there before?
It seems Rick recommended this place but subsequently removed it in his latest guidebook.
