Hi y'all,
My cousin and I are going to Santorini (we're staying in Oia) in late October through early November and want to do some wine tastings at a few of the area's wineries. Right now I'm finding some on AirBnB and a few other sights that are almost $200 per person. Does anyone have any recs for visiting some wineries that are a bit less pricey?
Thanks!
Apryl
We enjoyed Venetsanos Winery. They have several options that are well under your price point. We opted for the tasting and light lunch while overlooking the caldera. It was a great experience!
Best to put your prices etc in Euro not US dollars when asking questions on a European destination
A $200 pp is quite reasonable for Santorini.
You might want to take a look at Koutsogiannopoulos Wine Museum. It is no longer a winery but rather a museum in an old winery including extensive underground facilities. At the end of the walk through the old winery there is a bar where you can sample local wines.
