Which island to visit for 3 days after RS Greece tour: thinking about Naxos, Milos, or.....

I highly recommend Naxos. It has several good beaches a lively main town topped by a Venetian era Kastro. Lovely mountain villages and lots of hiking opportunities.

If you have a hotel that you would recommend, that would be great. I see that there are lots of hotel options.

What is your budget. No point in recommending a hotel only to find out it is out of your price range.

That is a decent budget. We have stayed at Boutique hotel Glaros severl times. All the rooms have sea views and the breakfast is gourmet. It is at St George beach which is about a 10 minute stroll along the headland right onto the waterfront promenade of Naxos town.
Close by is Kalergis hotel. It too has sea views. Not as fancy as Glaros but its very nice.
Right beside Glaros is Nissaki another high end hotel right beside the beach. There is also free parking beside Nissaki if you plan on having a car.

We stayed at Hotel Palatia on Naxos several years ago, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Located on the edge of St. Georgios Beach. Easy walk to center of the town. Great hospitality.

During your stay I highly recommend renting a car for at least a day to drive around the island and visit some interesting mountain towns and fishing villages.

Just for information Hotel Palatia is in the same area as the hotels I mentioned. It too has a good reputation.

I love Milos, I recommend "Hotel Milos Sea Resort". I visited Naxos last year and stayed at ONYM curated villas, also very beautiful. Personally, I prefer Milos as an island.
