Which Greek Island is Your Favorite?

Lots of islands to choose from. You can go to the Disneyland types like Santorini or Mykonos or the more traditional islands like Sifnos, Milos, Amorgos, Astypalea and a number of out-of-the-way-less touristy islands. All depends on what you want for a Greek Island. Many have great beaches, but many others also have traditional villages, archeological sites, rural areas, centuries old Byzantine Churches and so much more. Culture, food, alcohol, local atmosphere and a slower pace of life is what a real Greek Island offers. But if you prefer nightlife, shopping, laying around a beach with hordes of other tourists, higher prices, etc. then go to Santorini or Mykonos, especially during the summer when those "types" of islands will be overrun with tourists>L
