Where to stay in Thessaloniki?

Any suggestions for a family-run, centrally location that has AC?

I'm not sure if it is family run and it's modern rather than traditional, but I stayed a night (wish it had been a few more days) at The Caravan Bed & Breakfast. It's got the central location and A/C and I'd be happy to stay there again.
