After the Schengen area baggage claim hall, once you pass the "Nothing to Declare" gate, you are in the public area. On the right ( between Exits 4 and 5) you will find the Everest bar. Probably a good meeting point.

And if you ever take the bus to Athens or Piraeus, they are right in front of exit 5

Its not a huge airport. There is a food court that could work.
