Looking for information about weather and boat/ferry availability in Cyclades in mid/late November to early December.
Are boats readily available?
Is weather OK? warmish? like Washington State in October?

It wouldn’t be the time that I would want to visit Greece. Greece is significantly wetter than London at that time of year plus it can be very windy there.
The ferries can still run in some pretty strong seas, so you would be unlucky if they were cancelled, although it may not be a pleasant experience.
Many places will be shut for the winter. The Peloponnese will be less windy and slightly milder.
