Greetrings...my wife and I are looking to book a trip from phila to one of the greek islands, during the warm weather months there, next summer.
Can anyone recommend which island, nice hotels or inns, restaurants, nitelife, etc...
We r looking for one of those white, stone villa type places, nice beaches, good fresh seafood, etc....

The places you are looking for, those postcard whitewashed houses, are in the Cyclades.
There are 23 inhabited islands you can visit, the list and descriptions can be found here:

From this list plus 1 or 2 good travel guides, you can start doing your research.
Only a few of them (the most famous ones, crowded in the summer, and sometimes very expensive) have an airport. The majority are reached by ferry from Athens.
As for seafood, in the summer it's more often from the freezer than fresh off the fisherman's boat. :-)

You mentioned nightlife. If you want that, I would direct you to Santorini or Mykonos.
If you want an authentic, relaxing Greek vacation, I would direct you AWAY from Santorini or Mykonos.
