Please given me direction on how I can get 10 people from piraeus port to the acropolis; quickly and affordably. I'd rather not deal with taxis. I am not good at negotiating and get taken every time. Is there a shuttle company I could contact? I'd love some suggestions on how to spend out time.

Check out Welcome Pickups. I’ve not used them from Piraeus but we use them from the airport. They are reliable and efficient.
A quick check on their website suggests a price of around 75 euros for 10 people, which sounds good to me. You’ll need to check exact time, date etc though for you.

We used Athens City cab for a pick up at 5am from our hotel to the airport. The driver was standing at the hotel entrance at 5 to 5 and charged us the posted taxi rate. This was not in a normal taxi but rather a big black Mercedes. Not sure if they have larger vehicles but they are reliable and trustworthy.

I would suggest contacting Faye Georgiou. She is a local guide recommended in the Rick Steves book and she is phenomenal! She arranged for transportation from the port to our hotel and we hired her for an afternoon tour. She is so knowledgeable and prices very reasonable. We loved her!
