Our ferry departure from Milos was delayed by two days. We will leave Milos tomorrow for Athens. We were originally planning to drive around the Peleponese from 5-10 October. This is now not possible as we would like to spend time in Athens. Please recommend a quality 2-3 night coach tour with a focus on Meteora. We don’t want to feel rushed and want to stay comfortable. Does not need to be 5 star. Thank you in advance.

Yes, there have been no ferries yesterday or today due to weather conditions.
I assume that if you had booked accommodation in the Peloponnese, you were able to cancel it.
Could you also change the dates of your accommodation bookings in Athens so that, instead of driving to the Peloponnese, you drive to Meteora? (Allow 2 or 3 days for this) It would save you a considerable amount of time and give you total freedom of movement.
After Meteora, return to Athens to spend the rest of your trip there.
Is that a feasible option?

Look up "Visit Meteora". They are a full service tour company with tours of Meteora, both local and coach tours from Athens. We really enjoyed their service.
