Has anyone booked excursions or any other activity using Viator.com for travel in Greece? If so, what would you recommend doing?

Viator.com is a third party agent that is booking your tour for another tour company. I know of people who have used them and were satisfied. However, it is adding just one more person to deal with when you could book the same tour directly with the company. Viator does not offer any tours directly.
I will sometimes go through their website to get ideas and then go to the real tour company and book with them.
