TurboPass - Athens

Help! Has anyone used TurboPass for 1 Day Athens? We have a scout group of 7, booked it and included timed ticket entry for Acropolis. Reviews are all over the place, as positive as they are negative and could certainly be user error.

I haven't been charged for the tickets even though I've received passes via email access. Been corresponding with the company (located in Germany) for 3 days - all very nice, and sent me a receipt upon request that also does not reflect paid. We only have 1 day in Athens (cruise ship stop) and this will make or break that day!

For reference, we travel late June. TIA!

It's too late for you, but a reminder about this Pass: The Athens Turbo Pass is useless and, above all, a waste of money.

First of all, it claims to guarantee "Skip the Line" access to the sites, which is false and has been the subject of a warning from the Greek authorities.

The 1-day pass costs €71, including a hop-on hop-off bus tour that is completely pointless since these buses only travel along the main avenues of Athens without ever going near the sites.

It also includes entry to 8 museums, which I guarantee you won't visit (with the exception of the Acropolis Museum) even if you stayed two extra days. ,

Always buy your tickets from the official online ticket office. Entry to the Acropolis is €30.

Entry to the Acropolis Museum costs €20.

JoLui - thanks for the reply. Not to late for us, it's free cancellation. Working on a different direction!
