Traveling to Mykonos and Athens-Food Tours

Hello! My wife and I are struggling to dwindle our list down on what our 4 nights in Mykonos and 3 nights in Athens should consist of. We always enjoy food tours while traveling to new destinations and wondering if there are any recommendations any fellow travelers have for those two cities it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

search mykonos, dates, number of people. (10 tastings of mykonos food tour). we loved mykonos on a cruise stop, roamed around this pretty island. also stopped at outdoor cafe at ocean for local beer, a shot of ouzo and appertizers. if booking there is a promo/discount code listed at top of page before end of september. don't know when it expires to use or buy a gift card
also search athens, click food tours (25) and see what interests you

it is a third party seller, we have used them in 4 different cities, never had an issue and they were great tours. look at the food tours, we like to walk through the open markets with so much to check out. i buy local dry pastas, sauces in packets & spices, local homemade crafts, small things to fit in my luggage
greektravel.com
click athensguide, scroll down for many options to read about the islands
georgestaxi.com
check out the tours he does.

gpsmycity.com
look up athens and mykonos. self guided walking tours
culinarybackstreets.com
click athens
hope this gives you some ideas to research. these are my own opinions which some may agree and some won't. it's your decision. enjoy your time and do expect crowds, it's like that at many cities all over europe/greece. just go with the flow and be safe.

We used Eating Europe last May for our food tour of Athens. We had a lovely local guide and sampled some wonderful food. What I like about Eating Europe is that if you take the tour early in the trip, the guides provide recommendations to other places and/or you can go back to one of the places that you enjoyed on the trip.
