We will be travelling in Greece in July. Should we just get taxis from/to the airport or have the hotel arrange the transportation for us in advance? The following is the itinerary and we are 4 people. Thank you

The normal daytime taxi rate from ATH to Central Athens is €38. Compare this rate to what your hotel tells you the charge will be for an arranged transfer.

When you leave the airport there'll be a line of taxis. Go to the first one. The price during normal hours is 38 euros.
As stated you can check with your hotel to see what they can get you for a price but more than likely it will be the same. If higher then go with the taxi at the airport.
At 38 euros it will be a good bargain for 4 people.
