The last leg of our 14-day trip in Greece is from Monemvasia to Athens. We've linked together all our other stops by bus, including Nafplio to Monemvasia, but would like to try something different back to Athens from Monemvasia (other than a rental car). I read somewhere the Flying Dolphin used to run this route (or to Piraeus), but discontinued service. Does anyone know? Is there any other ferry connection? I think our only other option is a shared taxi with a very, very early start. Thanks.

If there is a ferry service, it has eluded my search efforts.

I'm not aware of any active ferry service from Monemvasia.
Hopefully your return to Athens is not time critical (like catching a flight).

You’re right that sadly the Dolphin service no longer runs. There is a very early morning bus.
