In September, I will be staying at the Athens Studios for a few days before going to Kea. What is the easiest way to get to Lavrio, other than a fairly pricy taxi ride? Also, when I return to Lavrio, what is the easiest way to get to the airport? I plan to spend the return night at the Sofitel at the airport.

KTEL run regular buses to Lavrio from Aeros Park.

The easiest way to get to the coach station is a metro to Plateia Viktorias. It’s then a 5 minute walk.
There are also regular buses from Lavrio to the airport. I’ve never done this but the same bus then runs from the airport to Rafina. I’ve used this regularly and they have always been reliable.
