We are going to be traveling from Meteora/ Kalampaka to Tsagarada on the Pelion peninsula in May. We are looking for a private transfer that’s safe and semi affordable. We also need to get from Tsagarada to Athens airport a couple days later. Sometimes companies will negotiate a price or provide discounts for multiple trips. Thoughts?

I don't know anything about private transfers, but there are KTEL buses with a connection in Volos. You could also bus to Volos and take a (slower) train from there to Athens. I don't know how much longer a bus would take, but the drive is over 230 miles one way (and you'd pay for the round-trip), so I'd expect the cost of a private transfer to be very, very high.
