Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation for a taxi or transfer from the Piraeus Cruise Terminal A to the Athens Marriott Hotel, 385 Synagrou Ave, Palio Faliro, Attica ? The cruise line fare offered seem quite high. Are there taxi’s available ? Thank you very much.

There will be plenty of taxis waiting at the arrivals area.
The Marriott is quite close (15 minutes from the cruise terminal) the fare shouldn't exceed €20 with an honest driver, though taxis often try to overcharge passengers.
You could try pre-booking with Welcome Pickups, the price is fixed and known in advance.

Keep in mind that the Marriott is in an uninteresting neighborhood and poorly located for sightseeing in Athens (plus, it’s on Syggrou Avenue, which is particularly noisy).
