Does anyone know if tour operators will be offering day trips to Mykonos & Delos, from Naxos, the first week of April? Or, should I take a ferry to Mykonos, stay the night, and then see Delos. My time is tight and thus I'd rather attempt the former. Thank you. Keelyn

Unless you are a very large group, it's highly unlikely that there will be enough demand for such a tour in April to make it profitable for the company that operates the boat. Even in June tours are sometimes cancelled due to not enough participants. NaxosTours and Greeka.com both state that tours to Mykonos&Delos start in May.

There are two tour boats that do the Delos Mykonos excursion. While the literature says when the season starts and ends reality is if there are sufficient people who want to do the trip one of the boats will go. Your best bet is top visit a travel agent and ask. They will probably put your name on a list and let the tour boats know how many people are interested. Its a long shot that early in the season though.
