Glyfada is a suburb of Athens. I've not visited there but a quick Google search turned up lots of info, including this article.
Is your lodging in Glyfada already arranged/non-cancellable? Depending on what you'll have already seen on this tour, there are lots of other places that you could go for a week, both on the mainland and the islands. Let us know if you'd like some ideas.

Thanks for your reply. Our tour is all over Greece including Santorini and Mykonos. Just wondering what is a must-can’t-miss in Glyfada. Any restaurants, bars, shows, beaches, etc. We have rented a private AirBnB villa in Glyfada. Thanks

Yes, there are restaurants and bars, all along the water front. Shows? Can't say. It is a suburb, don't forget, not central Athens. There are beaches, certainly, and several marinas. One evening we had dinner at a nice place right over the water. You might be able to book a little outing on a sail boat if you ask around. We were attending a convention there (at the Convention Centre across the road from our hotel) so didn't get to know Glyfada itself very well.
