We are 2 adventurous couples barely over 70 who are looking to end our boat tour of the Greek islands in May by driving around the Athens area. Mycenae and Nafplion are on our tour, so perhaps Delphi and Corinth? Or other suggestions. We like the “less traveled” ideas. I have used this forum before and find you RS fans very knowledgeable and helpful. Many thanks in advance.

We enjoyed both Delphi, a beautiful setting, plus Corinth, Mycenae and Epidavros. Our favorite was Olympia and I consider it a “must see.”Tead the area’s history before you leave on your trip to Greece.

Yes of course! Since we will just have completed a 10 day tour, we thought maybe 4 more days.

Delphi is great to visit, Meteora is also wonderful! We spent 2 nights at Meteora (Kastraki) to have a full day visiting monasteries but 1 night in Delphi was fine. Good luck!
