We will be taking a boat from Paros to Delos and have a few hours and it would be great if there was a local tour guide that could take us around. Does anyone know of anyone in Delos that does that?

Only professional guides can accompany you to Delos. If you take a private boat to Delos, there will probably be no guide available on the island upon your arrival as they mainly work with pre-booked visitors or organized tours from Mykonos that include the ferry ride.
But maybe you could join a group.
