Viator is a third party reseller. I would never give them my business.
The tour takes you to important sites which you could see on your own by bus.
Where will you be staying? In Heraklion, Chania, Rethymnon? Where did you find this company?

With all due respect Suki.....a simple google search produced a slew of 5* reviews for this company based out of Chania. Although I have never used them ( or heard of them) 502 excellent reviews on TA is not nothing. I would have no problem using them.
