Tipping Private Driver

We will be traveling to Greece for 2 1/2 weeks and booked our hotels and transfers through a travel agency. "Private Transfers"
have been arranged via the travel agency for pick ups from/to airport/port/hotel. All of this has been paid for already. We are wondering if tipping for this service is customary in Greece? If so, how much should we tip --- I have no idea what the transfer costs would normally be as it was all-inclusive in our price. There will be 4 of us with 4 suitcases and carry-on bags as well. I'm more than happy to tip for service but don't want to insult anyone if culture is different than ours here in Canada. Thanks for your help!

Tipping is not all that common in Greece but if your driver's duties go "above and beyond" a gratuity is a good way to say thanks. 5% should suffice. If your plans include Santorini and you're staying somewhere where your bags are carried down ( and back up) a lot of steps, then that person should definitely be compensated. €10 in each direction is about right. More if you feel so inclined.
