Tickets for Hellenic Heritage Sites

Hi,
I am trying to book tickets for the Agora and the Acropolis Museum through the Hellenic Heritage Site, using the HHTicket.gr site & procedure which is provided on page 48 of Rick Steves Greece Travel Guide.
I get to the point where it asks for the quanitiy of tickets but it will not allow me to enter the number of tickets and procede. Has anyone else had the same issue and do you have work arounds. Much appreciated.
Thanks N

I was having the exact same problem a few weeks ago, and the forum advised me to just wait. After a couple more days, I became impatient and emailed the site, thinking there might be a malfunction because I was able to get as far as the number of tickets, and was advised that the tickets (to the Ancient Agora) were not available yet. Yesterday I was finally able to purchase them, two or three weeks after I bought Acropolis tickets for just one day earlier. So one answer could be: just wait and keep checking.

One thing to note is that I used just hh.gr/en as the ticketing site, and typed in the name of the site. Note that there are two Agoras on there: Ancient Agora and Roman Agora, two separate places with two separate admissions.

Tickets to the Acropolis Museum are not sold on that site. I purchased them directly from the museum's website, which is theacropolismuseum.gr

Good luck.

this link, by the very well informed & uptodate contributor Jo-Lui, says tht the hhticket.gr website is outdted, t has been replaced by the newest one -- https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/greece/hellenic-heritage-s-official-booking-website

You should go there & see whet it enables you to do... you may have to book each ticket separately. I would guess that this new website exists because the former one was deficinet in some way. If it works, please come back to RS forum& report!

As mentioned by Janet, there was a technical change to the website last April, which led to some discrepancies in availability between the old and new websites. However, from what I can see, those issues have been resolved. The old URL, "hhticket.fr," now redirects properly to the new one (https://www.hh.gr).

Currently, it is possible to purchase tickets for the Roman Agora until August 31st and the Ancient Agora until October 31st. I even ran a few test bookings myself and did not encounter any problems, so it seems you might be facing a different issue.
Perhaps you could clarify the date, number, and type of tickets you are trying to purchase?

That being said, for those two Agoras, you will encounter practically no wait time if you simply buy your tickets at the ticket office on-site. Also, the Roman Agora is largely visible from the outside from the surrounding pedestrian streets without even needing to buy a ticket.

And as Janet mentioned, the Acropolis Museum is privately managed, and reservations must be made through a different site:
