The Omorfi Poli Pension in Nafplio - it seems very different than comments on this forum?

I am looking at Omorfi Poli Pension on Dim Ipsilati 1, Nafplio, Greece based on several recommendations on this forum. I'm wondering if I am looking at the right place? Has anyone stayed here in 2025 or aware of a major change to things in late 2024?

The current offerings on Booking.com and their own website - 4 rooms for 2-3 people on the 1st and 2nd floors with small balconies and kitchens. The Booking.com reviews are from March 2025 only. And some details in reviews on this forum were in conflict with their current website, so I started looking around for more reviews.
On this forum and/or trip advisor I read comments about an included breakfast (they don't offer now) and ground floor 2-level family suites (not on their website or Booking.com), steep/spiral stairs (their website shows 1 "normal" staircase to 1st floor (2nd level) and 1 wide-ish open circular staircase to 2nd floor (3rd level). Many older pics show views of lots of greenery and flowering plants view from balconies, but on google maps there appears to be a large, mostly cement building across the street from Omorfi Poli Pension and no greenery.

So I decided to ask Omorfi Poli and I hope this response helps anyone wondering about the current Omorfi Poli:

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, this Pension has changed. We no longer run the main building, our rental contract has ended and the owners run it by themselves now. So we only have the 4 rooms in the side street, as you can see in our website. Unfortunately no possibility for breakfast.

Thanks for asking, and we would be happy to host you

Wow CMB17, thanks SO much! Friends have had such good experiences there over the years, I got into habit of suggesting it among the places ... grateful to you for enabling us to update.

You're welcome Janet. I'm happy to be able to add a little value. I've appreciated your posts and posts of so many others that help me plan my trips. Just FYI - I've decided not to stay at Omorfi and leaning toward another hotel - the 999 Luxury Hotel. Comments on that one appreciated if anyone has been there.
