testing positive for COVID in Greece

Hi Everyone,
We leave tomorrow and I know Greece is still considered a "high-risk level 4" country in terms of COVID. We are going to be cautious but in the off chance one of us were to test positive before returning to the U.S., does any one have experience dealing with this. I just realized that I have no idea what to do if one of us were to test positive.

There have been a few threads where people tested positive and a Google search will bring up several news stories featuring people, although not necessarily limited to Greece.

Here are the decisions you might want to think about in advance. If only one of us tests positive will we both stay or just the one who is required to do so? What resources will I have available to me through telemedicine to be in contact with my physician? What financial resources will be needed? How would I file a trip interruption claim with my insurance company?

We have Travelguard insurance with full coverage, that is, for any reason we get reimbursed. They will also help you navigate the process, from what I've been told.
