Has anyone visited the Temple of Apollo Epicourus? It is in the mountains between Messini and Olympia and GoogleMaps is saying that the road from the south and the road from the east are both windy and travel is about 25 miles an hour (for at least an hour from the nearest main road). Some pictures I have seen suggest it is a dirt road. that may damage a rental car. Can anyone share their experience?

When I look at google maps it shows a paved road all the way to the paved parking lot at "Apollo Epicurius" ( aka Apollo Epikourois)
What I see is designated hwy 76
Not been there so can only speak about what I see on google maps.
Due to the terrain most roads in Greece are winding and slow going, compared to a comparable US hwy
