Suggestions for a cooking class... Athens, Nafplio, Naxos??

Hi all - this forum has been EXTREMELY helpful so far in helping us finalize our itinerary... one of our 'go to' activities when we visit a new country is to try and find a local cooking class... for example when we went to India we spent an evening making dinner with a local family in their home.... anything exist like that in Athens, Nafplio or Naxos that you are aware of ?? and what was your experience?? I found a couple of things on -line for Athens, but looked more like it was a restaurant sponsored thing (which could still be fine but may be a different vibe... )
