Hi, looking to go back to Greek Islands, have already been to Mykonos and Santorini, but not Crete. Looking for a and suggested 2 week itinerary with Crete combined with some other islands that would be efficient travel wise in terms of flying in and out as well as minimizing ferry time.

You might want to consider consider just using your two weeks in west Crete and in particular Chania.
We always spend several days in Chania with its Venetian era old town. We look for accommodation inside the city walls close to the waterfront promenade.
Crete has lots to offer to keep you busy for the whole amount of time you have. Why spend time island hopping when you can have a wonderful fulfilling two weeks in Crete.
We do a week in Chania then head south to visit the small villages on the coast. Our favourite are Sougia and more central area at Plakias.
