Spa hotel recommendations

I want to do a vacation in Greece focusing on a spa hotel experience in the spring. Likely duration would be a week or two. No need to stay at the same place the whole time. I amd my travel partners have never been to Greece, but we are pretty well travelled. We do not need to do really low budget travel. .Would like to avoid areas woth enormous crowds. I would welcome any suggestions. Thank you!

Like Lee, for the part "without the crowds" in the splendid Amorgos island, and with its exceptional location, I can also suggest the Aegialis Hotel & Spa.

I've never been there (I never go to hotels on the islands), but I know the island of Amorgos and the village/port of Aegiali where the hotel is located (the view from the hotel is breathtaking).
This may be suitable for you.

Aegiali and its beach are below the hotel, there are quite a few (and good) restaurants.
Amorgos also has plenty of possibilities of visits, a famous monastery on the edge of a cliff, short or less short hikes, its village of Chora with its windmills, its turquoise waters and sandy beaches, etc.

From the hotel, there is a live webcam here:

The only downside: It's a 6 hour ferry ride minimum from Piraeus (hence the lack of crowds)
Amorgos is, however, only an hour from Santorini.

Thanks everyone! We would love to stay at that spa on Amorgos. Does anyone have recommendations on travelling there? I read some reports that the longer ferry rides can be real nightmare. Would we be better off flying to Santorini then getting a shorter ferry ride? We are now thinking of travelling in early May. Thank you!
