Small Island hopping and hiking Greece

Looking for advise/ travel company that can assist in helping me plan a 9-10 day hiking and island hopping vacation. I’m looking into smaller islands, Rhodes , Tilos ,Symi…. ( not Athens or any of the other populated places) Would like to go end of September- October . Looking for 2-4 hrs of hiking and the rest of the day exploring the area or villages. Lodging preferences we are looking for are clean, small boutique hotels. We usually do our own planning but never being to this area are very hesitant to do it ourselves. Thanks for any advise !

I am curious if you are looking for a one-stop service that offers accommodations (I see some gulet type tours online), or if you want to organize your own stay and are just looking for an advisor of sorts.
If you google "Dodecanese hiking" you'll get lots of useful resources. I often look at walking tour itineraries and then see how I can adapt them to my own purposes.
If you can find good flights to Rhodes and sort out the ferry schedule, you are actually half-way there. Rough Guides cover the area:

good luck!

Agree with valadelphia, you are used to doing your own planning, no reason to change your method in Greece.

-Take a guide book.

-Consult the islands' websites:

https://visitsymi.gr/en/

https://www.tilos.gr/en/

Ferries on the islands are like buses on the mainland. All you have to do is prepare your itinerary by looking for ferry lines and timetables.
Island websites generally have a “How to get there?” page and other information on possible hikes.

Also check out Ferryhopper:

Relying on a travel agency to organize island hopping is not only useless but is the best way to get into trouble
