Hi, I booked tickets on SkyExpress from Athens to Santorini but didn't receive an email or tickets and leave in 2 days. I've sent multiple emails with no reply. I have no idea what type of ticket/baggage allowance I purchased. I tried calling today but couldn't get though. Anyone have a similar experience or have advise?

I've never used Sky Express . . . always Aegean/Olympic if they fly to a destination you want to go to.
Did you book directly with Sky Express or through a third-party website?
When booking your ticket you should know before booking what you were getting for the ticket. There are several categories of tickets depending on carry-ons, luggage, weight of luggage, etc.

About three months ago I booked directly with Sky Express for a flight I’ll be taking this summer. Shortly after booking I got a very detailed..even more detailed than I usually expect... email about my booking. It included a reference number so I’ve since been able to log into my reservation details on the web site and make sure that there haven’t been any changes. Check your junk mail/spam filters. You should have received an email.
I wish that was it, I checked junk and deleted emails. At the time of booking I even provided multiple emails for other passengers and no one received a confirmation. The only confirmation I have that I bought tickets is a charge on my credit card bill. Thanks for letting me know about your experience, this must be a fluke I guess I'll try to call again tomorrow. I hate to show up without any sort of confirmation number.
Oh, dear! I just checked and I got three email confirmations, one for each person I booked. I used my email address for all of us, so it is very unusual that no one received a confirmation. Hopefully you can reach someone during their business hours tomorrow. I know from experience that there can be computer glitches with airline tickets. I worried a bit about booking with such a small airline so I have a back up plan in case it falls through late in the game...to catch a ferry. Have a great trip. Santorini will help you forget the travel stress.
