We will be in a number of countries over a 2 week period and wondering if anyone is familiar with roaming through the countries. Asking here because this is where I was considering buying it. Can I get a SIM card that will work in all these countries? Suggestions for what if yes? Other suggestions if no?

Greece+Croatia+Ireland - yes. Those are all EU countries, and any SIM card from an EU country MUST allow roaming to all other EU countries.
Montenegro -Don't know, that is non-EU.
Which of these countries are you arriving in first? Any SIM card will have a phone number from the country you buy it in, and will charge you in that country's currency. If you need to add credit (money) when you are in another country, makesure you know how to do this over the internet before leaving the shop.
