Scenic Beaches near Isthmia, Corinthia

Hello, I am bringing a group to see the Canal at Isthmia.

We shall be travelling from the south and will be on our way to Athens.

I have a few questions:

  1. WHERE in that area is a scenic beach where the group could go for a swim before continuing the journey?

  2. Is Kalamaki a public beach - I know we shall have to backtrack a few km, but from the photos it seems quite scenic.

Please, please help!
