For useful suggestions, you will need to be very specific. What Exact nights? How many people? What kind of room (Double? or is single bed OK) Desired room rate per night, in Euros.

Look into Hotel Aethrio in Oia. It's walled off from the town, for absolute peace and quiet. Great view of the Aegean (not the caldera). Beautiful pool. Perfectly located.

Lithies Traditional home was fantastic with an amazing caldera view! You definitely want this view. Worth every penny! We stayed 5 nights. Maria will treat you right!

Esperas Hotel in Oia was everything we wanted- traditional style, but with great service and amazing caldera views. Very walkable to anywhere in Oia but far enough away from the main areas that it was quiet.

Look at Cosmopolitan suites. Edge of Thira, so quiet.
I wasn’t that impressed the last time I went to Oia . Seemed too quiet, but others will chime in.
