Santorini Car Rental recommendation and 2 Day itinerary

Flying into Santorini on September 22nd for 3 nights. Looking for a car rental company recommendation that will deliver and pick up at airport. Would rather use a local company, then looking at suggestions for a 2 full day itinerary of different hikes and historical sites. Maybe a couple end of the day wineries as well.

Staying in Pyrgos

Thanks

My recommendation would be for a tasting at Venetsanos Winery. Our tasting there was thoroughly enjoyable.

We rented our car from Tony's, a local car rental company in Firostefani. But I don't know if they will pick you up at the airport.

Suggestions for an itinerary:
We rented our car for one day. We visited the Akrotiri Archaeological site, the Akrotiri lighthouse, red sand beach, and black sand beach in Perissa. This was a wonderful day, and we got to see a lot of Santorini. The caldera views, of course, are beautiful and stunning, but there is more to Santorini than just the caldera.

I always recommend Vazeos in Oia, Tony's in Firostefani, Spiridakos in Fira and Motor Inn in Kamari Beach. They will gladly deliver a car to you at the airport and allow you to drop it off there when you leave. They all have websites. Be sure to visit the amazing ruins at Akrotiri. Have lunch below Oia on the wharf in Amoudi Bay. Have dinner at Santorini Mou in Oia. The owner and friends play music and sing. Sometimes there is spontaneous Greek dancing. Reserve an outside table to join in the fun. Have dinner at Metaxi Mas in Exo Gonia, which is just a short downhill drive from Pyrgos. It's considered by "foodies" to be the best restaurant on the island. Reservations required a couple of weeks in advance. Another vote for a flight of wine with snacks for sunset watching at Venetsanos.

Thanks very much..
.
Any sights or hikes that are off the regular Fira to Oia route?

Also other wineries for the end of the day?

Thanks

Drive up to the entrance to Ancient Thera from Kamari Beach, then hike in the rest of the way to the ruins, about 1/3 mile. Art Space Winery and Sigalas Winery are worth a visit.
