I am travelling with an infant in July and wanted to check if it was easy to buy nappies in Pythagoriianas as have not visited the island before.

Not been there, but the town is some 8,000 people, not including tourists, so certainly they buy them someplace there. A quick google search turned up lots of supermarkets, some very modern looking larger stores (as opposed to the small convenience type stores), so I would feel safe thinking I could replenish there.
