I would like to hike the Samaria Gorge. Can anyone line out the best way to do this trip?
I understand you can catch a bus from Chania, hike then a ferry back from Agia Roumeli and a bus to return to Chania from Chora Sfakion. What are the time schedules?
Just checking if this is the best (only) option. I will have a car and likely staying in the Chania area.

What you've described is your best option unless someone will drive you to the trailhead. As for the bus schedules, you will find them in Chania once you have arrived.
