Best way to get to tuscany vineyards from rome for a day.
Edited my previous response as I see from previous posts that you're in Rome for a few days prior to a cruise.
So I'm guessing you want an escorted tour with someone else handling the transportation? It would be helpful if you could give us some sort of idea how much you're willing to spend p.p.? "Best" is a subjective term and there is usually a big price difference between a private tour for just the two of you and a small-group/ large-group tour.
I'm not seeing a lot out there for escorted to Tuscan wineries, probably due to the distance (2-3 hours each way). You'd have more to pick from if traveling from Florence at it's a lot closer; you could travel there by "fast" train from Rome in 90 minutes. Doesn't mean an escorted tour from Rome isn't available at all but I'm not seeing one provided by some of the more frequently recommended tour companies
That said, there is this one offered by RomeCabs: they've been positively reviewed for their transfer services but I' ve no idea about their tours. Maybe someone else can weigh in on those:

There are fees in addition to the base price so read the details carefully.
PS: you've posted this in the Greece forum. I'd suggest reposting in the Italy forum.
