We are going to be in Rhodes late May for 4 days. Taking ferry from Marmaris- does anyone have itinerary suggestions? Also is 4 days a good amount of time? We are flexible.

I think only 4 days is very short for an island as large as Rhodes. You might want to base yourselves at Lindos or Rhodes town. Both locations require a day on their own. You can do day trips as well. Regardless of where you decide to stay you will want to do the other on a day trip.
