Can anyone recommend a hiking company that will take us to Ancient city of Kamiros? Looking for something different, found one company Rhodetrip but am looking for others.

You might look into the Ramblers' Association, a British outfit. I once knew a man who led Ramblers members on walks in Crete, and the association does seem to still organize walks in Europe as well as in the UK.
